PLEASE DO NOT move here. The “owner” KEVIN WARD spied on my 1 year old son and took pictures of him through his window and threaten me with a tire iron. I had payed my rent in full and had no problems until I told Kevin that I would not sleep with him. I called the actual owner with no help. If you move here he will make your life hell. It’s a scam for the money and all of the trailers are old and disgusting inside. Please for the love of god do not move in here. Wish I could rate - stars.
Terrible place do not move here. The maintenance boy Kevin shut my ac off even though I had payed my rent. He is a creepy man who made my life hell. Please save your self sometime and don’t move here.
I would just like to say that he is a very creepy guy he always made me feel Weird and awkward and when i initially had seen the trailers I wasn’t impressed not at all.
