Very comfortable. Has an open area that is great for big family events. Bobby will make you feel right at home. 100% Recommended. 15 min. from Lake Chickasha and 40 min to OKC.

We are full timers moving across the country so we have lots to compare to and I really can't say enough good about The Woods LLC and Bobby the owner. Bobby is about as down home as you could find, inviting and always willing to help if needed. The park is secluded, peaceful and beautiful with Bobby working on it more almost every day. He provides WiFi that works throughout the park (yes I said the WIFI works throughout the park!). The water pressure is above average and there is a free washer/dryer.

We stayed there 4 months. Very peaceful. Bobby made you feel right at home. He would do anything to make your stay better. Free laundry and a good BBQ now and then. Loved the place.

**beautiful views that are priceless** Raised in Oklahoma met my wife in indiana took me 15yrs to convince her to give Oklahoma a try so I could get back in the oilfield thankful for wht I do I have to say life has been hell for my family these last 3yrs since we've been back. BUT we met a fella (Bobby) the owner of the woods. I assumed not having a home or even a camper at the time was gonna cost me a fortune but hoped it'd be worth a shot. I talked to him myself my wife &kids had the best time ever he had us all at ease & rolling laughing. I have to say that I am so blessed to know Bobby he makes you feel like family, he is one of the best fellas i know. I thank u BOBBY MORE THEN U WILL EVER KNOW.

I hesitated putting this on here but people need to know about this guy before paying. The day my husband set his trailer up on this property the owner said “I just want to warn you the cell phone service is not great out here, pay for a month ($500) and if you can’t get by without your phone and have to leave I understand and will prorate it and refund you some money”. My husband HAS to be able to use his phone for work in the evenings (and not just FaceTime on WiFi ud83dude44) so 2 weeks go by and he decides he is tired of fighting the phone service, gets trailer ready to leave. Catches owner at the front and says hey are you still willing to refund anything like you said you would? Owner just laughs “oh...no I can’t do that, you’ve been here too long now!” DO NO BELIEVE A WORD THIS ARROGANT OLD MAN SAYS! I mean we would have been happy with $100 back, a man isn’t any better than his word!
