Good service and friendly people at the dock gas station, and they don't overcharge for the convenience of filling up from the water with ethanol free gasoline. Everything onsite is desperately in need of a fresh coat of paint and/or maintenance though. The facility looks pretty run down. But really fast and friendly service.
Honest, friendly, and fair family owned marina. I drove 5 1/2 hours for a used Etec and they were wonderfully accommodating, patient and answered all my questions. They even mounted, did an inspection with me (plugs, compression, oil) and let me test drive. Customer for life!
I can’t say enough about the great service and people here! I came in from out of town for a tournament, had issues, and Spellmans was right there to the rescue, finding an impossible part, installed and checked, and I’m back on the water as a happy camper. Thanks so much Tim, Phil, and the whole gang. Best experience ever!!!!
I am extremely impressed with the customer service from Spellman Marina.. We ordered a pontoon trailer and were told it would be a little less than a week to get. Cheryl one of the owners went above and beyond and personally drove to the suppliers to pick up our trailer so we had it in less than 24 hours. I can’t say enough positives about the customer service and overall experience. If you need anything marina related- look no further.
We keep our boat here on a dolly. Super convenient and it stays indoors out of the sun. Very good customer service and reasonable gas prices
