Wonderful experience! Rented 2 units for 6 months during a move and Jason was so nice and easy to deal with. Units are new, clean and secure. We would highly recommend Spare Space. Thanks Jason.

Awesome place! The unit was very clean and secure. The lot was well lit and had security cameras. I always felt safe going there, even late at night. Owner was very easy to deal with. Would definitely use this facility again if the need arises.

I would HIGHLY recommend this place to my friends and family. The units are brand new so mine was SUPER clean and up to date. The price was fine compared to other storage places in the area. There is nice lighting and security cameras on the property. In the winter, the snow was ALWAYS plowed and the property was kept up year round. The owner was super easy to work with, very flexible and very good at communicating. Also something that was very nice, was that he checks on the units locks daily (mine was found unlocked one time and he texted me right away!!!) There are so many good things to say about this place and not one bad thing! I’ve had a couple different storage units from different companies and this was by far the best- definitely planning on coming back if I ever need to! :)

Excellent communication! We felt safe going there at night. Clean, secured and awesome owner! I highly recommend renting a unit here. If we ever have to again in the future, this is our number 1 go too.

The storage units at Spare Space Self Storage are in excellent condition. The exterior of the buildings and paved grounds surrounding the units are also in very nice shape. Everything located on the property was very clean. The units have a sufficient amount of anti-theft security measures in place so you can rest assured that your personal belongings are safe. The location of the property is conveniently located in the city of Oshkosh, but not on a busy road where it would be challenging to go in and out of frequently. Jason (the owner of the property) was able to set me up with a unit on short notice and the process was both quick and smooth. Jason was friendly but also professional in the times that we needed to communicate which was during the move in and move out times. There is an automatic withdrawal system for payment which is convenient because it gave me one less thing to worry about. I also believe the pricing for these units is fair for the quality experience I received while renting here. I would recommend renting a unit from Spare Space to anyone with storage needs in the area.
