Excellent people and phenomenal attitude and energy. I have been to several martial arts schools around the country, and the students have an excellent energy and attitude towards training and learning
This gym has excellent training for all levels. Whether it's their strong kids Gi program, experienced no-Gi grappling or striking, the knowledgeable instructors treat everyone with the same patience.
Great learning environment for all with lots of good training partners. Everyone is friendly and willing to help people new to the art. The owner, Derek, cares about his students and his community and is open to feedback. As a practitioner of over seven years i highly recommend.
Great place to train! The owner was approachable and courteous from the moment I step through the door my first day. Very family oriented establishment; the additional coaches and students accepted my son and I immediately. This establishment is like our second home. Show up and give this place a shot you will enjoy it here and most of all you will learn new techniques and fine tune the basics.
This place is truly a family. Everyone leaves their egos at the door and the instruction top notch. Every fitness level is welcomed with open arms. They have a superb children's program as well as several women that train! I would highly recommend this place.
