I love the group classes here!! Susan for Saturday step is great, and B's Butts and Guts classes on Tuesday and Thursday will have you feeling it!! Plus great jewelry, prep meals and awesome new people to meet and workout with.... all in one spot!!
I can’t imagine going anywhere else. There is a large variety of classes and every trainer is amazing! Working out is actually FUN and it’s thanks to the amazing environment and community provided by the owner and the trainers!
Definitely the best overall fitness. The owner and staff members are very professional and fun to be around. Great variety of classes and the Fhit Meals can't be beat. Highly recommend this establishment.
