I just recently purchased a 21 Suburban. The dealership stained the seat, but fixed it after an additional appointment. I live an hour away, so it was very inconvenient. They kept the SUV for hours, and barely cleaned the spot...did nothing else. I would think they would at least wash the vehicle or something while it was there, but nothing. Additionally, it was never looked over (or I hope it wasn’t) because there was a paint type substance on the trim that was not cleaned off. When I voiced my frustrations to the GM, I was told “huh, I will have to think about that”, ...no call, no nothing. I will no be back. I felt completely blown-off! They treat you like family while buying, but once you purchase, you’re nothing else to them. This is my personal experience. Good luck if you do business there.

UPDATE: The issue was taken care of and i was refunded that amount that was over what was ask of the first time.. Thank you!nBETTER COMMUNICATION IS BADLY NEEDED BETWEEN ALL DEPARTMENTS. It would be amazing if the parts and service department communicated better since they flat out lied about the pricing for a the service I received.

Excellent service!! Very quick. They took a lot of notes for the issue I was having with my truck. They were aware of my travelling situation. Had parts sent overnight. Were able to have my truck fixed in less than 4 hours.

I bought a Texas Edition Silverado 6 cylinder diesel in September. Amazing sales and finance team. Buying was easy, and no pressure, although I don’t put up with pressure anyway. That said, it was easy, priced fair and I got max $ for my trade.nnThen... it started leaking oil into my driveway. Took it in, and they just crushed everything for me. I got a loaner (I mean... the truck is 2 months old so it would have been poor form to not provide a loaner), They took care of everything including two recalls and a multi-point inspection- which I didn’t even need. They sealed up the oil pan (manufacturing defect, not Classic Chevy defect), and even stayed late so I could get there and get my rig.nnWalter just went above and beyond. The Team from Classic is just impressive. From the sales manager to the salesman, finance specialists, cashiers and service, techs (Todd is extremely knowledgeable and respectful). From buying my truck to getting some warranty work has been too easy. Lots of people sell cars and trucks. It seams like Classic is actually a team, verses a bunch of people that work at the same place. Very cool. Thanks, guys.
