I've only been for my initial visit but had exceptional service from beginning to end! First off making the appointment was a breeze. When I arrived they seemed very busy with covid vaccines plus regular appointments. However, I felt they were very organized. The person who came out to help check people in was so polite, calm, and professional. My visit with Dr. Fuller was relaxed and he took his time asking me questions and getting to know me and my medical history. He seemed very genuine and helped with all my concerns. I had labs done following with no wait. The lab tech was also very nice as well as the person who I checked out with. I haven't experienced such nice staff and doctors in a long time so it was refreshing and appreciated!

I really enjoy the comic and witty banter with the staff. There are some issues with wait times and the occasional rude staff member but overall I have no issues with the clinic or care received. I especially love the fact that I can be seen with no insurance and by being on the sliding fee scale B I am not being charged outrageous prices like other private clinics.

Every time we come we wait in the seating area at least 30mins. This time I have been sitting in the lobby 45minutes. We arrived at 10:30 for a 10:45 well child check up. It is now 11:30 and we are still sitting in the waiting room. The receptionist says they have us “in a room & should be back for us shortly”. How are we in a room but in the waiting area? I am not sure if this is a problem with Dr. Ronan’s office but I have seen a at least 3 full different sets of other patients go back since we have been waiting. I would give the facility negative stars if I could. We will be changing doctors.

Was referred to the clinic from the emergency room for my depression and anxiety. When making an appointment I was seen by Zlatnik and all was well on my first visit aside from the nurse being slightly more casual than expected. The doctor was in the room for a very short time as she had a student doctor speak with me. At this visit I was told they wanted to screen me for cervical cancer and scheduled an appointment for the following month as that’s all they had open. My second appointment was canceled due to a snow storm and rescheduled for yet another few weeks out. I arrive for my second appointment to find out that they never actually scheduled my appointment they just told me a day and time. They say the nurse said he would see me, he takes me into a child’s exam room and has absolutely no clue why I am there and again is far to casual for a man at work. I expressed my dissatisfaction in the fact that they had not properly scheduled my appointment and his reply was “don’t say y’all I ain’t have nothing to do with that, that’s them over there in the phone room.” Needless to say I was left speechless for a moment and my anxiety started acting up. I explained how they sndfunction as an entity to which he just continued on to say he had nothing to do with. I explained what I was supposed to be getting seen for and he replied “you here for a pap, ok so what you wanna do get your pap or reschedule this, you trying to make things hard and I don’t do drama I don’t do hard.” Again I was just not in belief of how I was being spoken to, I said I wanted to reschedule he gave me two days I picked one and he said that day Zlatnik was gone so I’d have to take the other. I told him I could not take the other as my job needed to be notified in time, and that is why things were not “too easy”. He then said “so what you wanna get the pap today or come in on the day the doctor going to be in?” I said I didn’t want to get the procedure that day because I did not want them rushing and he snapped at me with “naw me and my provider don’t ever rush don’t say that.” I simply sat there for a moment because I was close to crying due to my anxiety. I told him fine I’d get the procedure he got up said fine and walked out a few minutes later he returned swinging the door open and saying “follow me” by the time I made it out the door he was nowhere in sight as he had begun speed walking to the exam room he was putting me in. I finally caught up to him and he had walked past the room he wanted me in and he turned around with a very apparent attitude and pointed to the room and said “that one right there” I went in and sat down he came in took a blanket and a gown out and tossed them on the bed before walking out and shutting the door. By this point I started crying because for months I’ve just been worried about having cancer and then to be treated so carelessly by someone who is to be a healthcare professional was overwhelming. I got up and walked out not wanting to be seen in tears and just so high anxiety. I got to my car and immediately called to reschedule my appointment and informed them I no longer wanted to work with that nurse but did not want to get him in trouble. Again I just wanted to know if I had cancer the woman on the phone rescheduled me. The night before my appointment, a Sunday night, I get a call and text from a woman Named Teresa saying She is a manager of the site and wanted to know what happened because NP Zlatnik has refused to see me at my new scheduled appointment. I explained what happened and Teresa said she would get me scheduled with another doctor the next morning in time for my scheduled appointment. I call her the next morning she had not even scheduled my appointment and then attempted to do so on the phone with me. She said she scheduled my appointment at 10:15am with a nurse practitioner, at this point I’ll take it just tell me if I have cancer. On our cal I repeated multiple times “10:15” I even emailed my boss while on the phone and I got there they said she put it at 9:15. Horrible.

Unreliable, unhelpful, and completely unacceptable. If you can choose anywhere else, I highly recommend doing so.nnMy son who has asthma is staying with me out of state, so we got a virtual appointment to get his prescription inhaler renewed. The appointment was canceled with no notice, and no notifying phone call or email, because the doctor, Lauren Kreig, called in sick.nnThey have no other doctors available for virtual appointments, and only one appointment before the holidays (which I am unable to do). My son will now have to wait over a week without his life saving prescription because of this.
