Do not go to this place if you have a child that needs occupational therapy they do not allow you to make makeup appointments and if your child gets sick you have to call and cancel which after three cancellations and no makeup appointments they end up discontinuing service they didn't even look at the reasons why I had to cancel my autistic child appointments he has severe stomach issues and also gets sick very easily I asked several times if I could have a makeup appointment for the appointments that he missed and they would not allow it this was in six months of the time frame then they cancel the last appointment without even letting me know so I drove all the way there which I live in Elgin and that's half an hour just to find out that they cancelled his appointment without informing me and then lied and said that they didndo not go to this place if you have small child they cannot be trusted they are not a good place you're better off going over to gore therapy
