I visited the dealership for an oil change. It was a pleasant experience. The representative was professional and friendly. She provided me service recommendations so I could make the best choice for my vehicle maintenance. I appreciate it when there's no feeling of a process being forced upon me. The waiting area was clean and adequately spaced to provide for social distancing. I appreciate their service and will return.

Made appointment and was able to bring my car in the next day. Was greeted from workers, the receptionist called for Damon. He came out and took my keys, took it to Servicendepartment. Minimum wait for oil change/filter, tire rotation and balance. Very satisfied with the service, and will recommend Nissan of Lawton to my friends and family. Just want to pass along our recommendation for anyone who is looking for a new or used car in Southwest Oklahoma. Shopping with Nissan of Lawton was wonderful. There was no pressure from the salesman Dalton and it was a great experience. They were more than fair with our trade-in and we love our new car. Nissan is an excellent product but there is no substitute for dealing with a group of people with whom you feel are trustworthy. Pulled in to Service Express lane for an oil & filter change and tire rotation. My first trip back since I bought the Frontier. I was immediately acknowledged and received. I had downloaded a dealer coupon via the internet, but had left it on my kitchen counter - it was honored anyway! To my surprise the first oil change was courtesy of the dealer. The tires were rotated and the Frontier underwent an operational inspection and passed without a hitch. Upon return of the Frontier, I had noticed it had been vacuumed. Two thumbs up for my first maintenance visit!

Hands down the best car buying experience i have had. Everyone was friendly. Mike took the time to listen to everything I needed in a vehicle and never once tired to push me into something different. The whole process was easy and i was even encouraged to pick up my 3 year old and bring him in to see the vehicle. It is a family oriented place where you aren't rushed around and spoken quickly to.
