We are home owners who have lived here since 2003. We have seen managers come and go. Most of them would not do anything for us since we home owners.nRichard and Kaitlin have been absolutely great. They listen to what we have to say and suggestions we may have. They have done for us what others wouldn't. . We enjoy living here. Thanks for all you do.

When I moved to Lawton a year and half ago I searched every option in a new town. This is my first time in a trailer park community and it was a great decision! I do not have someone living above or beside me to where I feel I have the privacy of a small home. The community grounds are very well maintained along with roads. I feel safe as there is adequate lighting on streets and clubhouse has security cameras for people coming and going. The staff are very nice and have become like family. The background checks for future residents is lengthy and worth it for community safety. The longtime residents and new neighbors are always friendly and everyone looks out for each others home.

Richard and Kaitlin are an amazing team! They are very caring, quick to make sure all needs are met, and are super friendly! They provide quality customer service and they are just overall great and exceptional people!nnMy fiance and I signed our lease yesterday and got our keys! We are so excited to be a part of Yes! Community. We can't wait to make our house a home! Thank you Richard and Kait for welcoming us home!

Don't understand why they increase the rent every year. Getting too expensive to live for a mobile home park. Better off renting a house.

The office workers and maintenance workers are always solving issues i come across in a timely matter. Would definitely recommend living in this wonderful community.
