McKenzie's Burger Garage

Wow what a diamond in the rough! Finally decided to check out this hidden burger joint. Was not disappointed!!! What a great atmosphere with plenty of seating. 100% Angus beef burgers that are never frozen. Hand breaded chicken nuggets. Yummy. Nice dessert menu as well. A must go to place family friendly.

I got the flaming burger and I loved it. The strawberry malt shake was awesome. The fries were not something I really cared for. They had funnel cake which was really good. Add to.this the people working were great and friendly. Made you feel like family. I would love to go back but it is 11 hrs away but when I go visit my son we will be back here.

Seriously the best burger and fries in town. Super friendly, helpful, kind service too. Cool environment. Cannot recommend enough. If there's only one restaurant you visit during your time in Lawton, then McKenzie's is THE one to try. You won't regret it.

We didn't get to eat here so this review is not about the food. Their website said they close at 8 and google said the same. We arrived at 6:55 to get take out on a Wednesday and were turned away. We were told they just closed. If you close at 7 that is fine but update your site so people from out of town don't arrive at closing time.nnAfter reading some of the other reviews I think there may be something wrong with the owner. No reason to ever charge over the counter or yell at customers. This explains a lot.

Stumbled upon this place after we were leaving the park. This place truly is a hidden gem in Lawton. Great quality of food, amazing customer service and atmosphere! Nice play to bring children.
