Given the runaround on opening a Joint account with my Husband who Is currently deployed. Able to Open an account for each of us but not a joint account even with a POA and my Husband via video chat and all Navy Fed Paperwork. No clear answer from management as to what the procedure is to fix other than to have my husband come in when he returns. Poor service poor management. take your business and money elsewhwere.
