You don’t have to be in Elk City to buy from this great dealership! I just purchased a new Ford F-150 from Barber-Dyson. It was a great experience from start to finish! They have an excellent website with lots of inventory which allowed me to price a couple different new pickups. After a couple emails and a few texts, we made a deal. They gave me top price for my trade in vs other dealers, actually beat what KBB valued. The new pick up was delivered to my house a few hours away and they took the trade in. *The spray in bed liner that they do in house is flawless! It was a great addition to my purchase. You don’t have to use huge national websites with funny names to trade vehicles from your house!

I had an unprofessional experience for the last time at a different dealership and my husband suggested trading my car in. I was curious how much I would get for my car and found out through their website. I quickly got a call from Chris and I told him I did have some time that morning before work to swing by and see what used vehicles they had. I told him what kind of vehicle I liked and what my payments currently were. He took me out to a vehicle and I loved it! This was the best buying experience hands down! He respected my time crunch and made sure I was not late for work. He was so helpful and honest! While I was at work he was crunching numbers and I could tell he gave me every deal he could! He was respectful of my budget! When I picked up the car they cleaned it up and even put my front (decorative) tag on my new ride! They made sure I understood everything and even walked me through how to cancel my old GAP insurance! These gentlemen are the best! Thank you so much for your compassion Chris!! They took the time to bring the car to Texas for a test drive and for final delivery.(the good part)nI was very frustrated with the lack of communication with the whole buying and paperwork process. Also, three weeks after purchasing the vehicle I had to replace a part on the car they said was already replaced. I contacted them and never recieved a response back with a resolution. I understand its a used as is car. But don't say something was fix that wasn't.
