Went today for lunch with my mom. Food was very good. Short on employees but George did a GREAT job taking people's orders ,making the food and delivering our food to us! BIG shout out to George today!!
Ordered from Koeller In Oshkosh and phone rang forever then finally a foreign guy answers takes order and places it. Then I get a call from Jackson St saying they got the order and r cancelling the order because I’m out of delivery area and need to call Koeller AGAIN! Call again and no answer AGAIN so call center answers and takes order AGAIN as I specify the store and with the same order it some how came out costing $2 more. Wish me luck it actually shows up. Well it was canceled a 2nd time now and luckily a nice Jackson st Employee who answers the phone called the call center to get my order right. Wish me luck for the 3rd time. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!
This is probably the best Pizza Hut I’ve been to. Karen was super friendly and helpful with getting me the most for my dollar. The food was cooked to perfection and again the best customer service, which let’s be honest, is what brings customers back!nnMy new pizza place for sure! Thanks Karen!
Great pizza and great service. Ordered online and by the time I got to the restaurant, my food was ready and waiting. There's a reason the brand has lasted as long as it has. This location is a great example of what a pizza place should be.
I order the other day and all my pizzas and wings were under cooked I was not happy
