I ordered a sub online while I was at work. Waited about 5 min then headed to reception to pick it up. Waited 15 min. No Jimmy Johns. Waited another 45 min before I called them. Was told the website was funky and my order didn't go through. If that were the case why were they able to tell me where it was going and who it was for. Then he asked if I still wanted my sub. Uh...YES...as I was starving by then. 20 min later it finally came. It will be a long time before I order from them again. Sad because I really like their subs.
Made wrong order several times. Don't recommend unless you are willing to get the wrong sub. Other than the wrong sub the service was quick as expected.
Everything was so fresh and tasty. A couple of us had tuna. Wouldn't mind seeing chicken salad on the menu.
