A “big wall” jumped out in front of me, and I crashed my beautiful Ford Escape into it! Not only was there damage to the front bumper and hood, there was damage on the components as well. When wrecking my car I was so worried I would never get it looking the way it was. Jennifer and Lee were great and The mechanics did an outstanding job and even detailed my car. The total experience was excellent. Professional quick and completely transparent from pricing to delivery. Car went in for a major paint refresher. Wow looks brand new and blended perfectly. Great paint and body shop. Will be seeing them again soon for more work. RD
I had a minor accident recently and I called to schedule an appointment to have a quote done. They told me to come in whenever I felt like it and they would do it on the spot. Sure enough, I showed up same day and had my quote done within 15-20 minutes. I then scheduled the appointment to have my damages fixed a week later, but had to reschedule. They were completely okay with that and I was able to easily schedule a new one at my convenience. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a brand new mirror. I can't suggest Collision Correction & Customs enough.
