Very clean cars!!!

I was supposed to have gotten a call from these guys about 2 of my windows getting fixed. He was supposed order the parts and put them on. I never got that call but overall 4 stars because the car I bought hasn't had any problems and I've drive it 28,000 miles so far. Still running great. Always find yourself a personal mechanic and before buying any vehicle see what's up with it.

I want to say after months (almost 6 to be exact) of searching all options for a full sized SUV and as well as mini vans to better fit my family size that includes three small children and still have decent storage space for travel, Galaxy Auto had EVERYTHING on my list for what I was wanting/needing! And the price.. you couldn’t beat it! After inquiring online, calling the establishment and then stopping by last Saturday with my three small children to view the vehicle I was interested in and then stopped back by again this past Tuesday with two out of my three children and then back Wednesday to purchase the vehicle I was greeted all of those times with nice and friendly sales men and associates that helped me every step of the way! Myself as a young mother of three and nervous about making a big purchase for my family I was much more comfortable then I ever expected I would be. I wasn’t pressured by anyone to purchase but was happily assisted by all to help me find what I would like and would best fit my family, they let me test drive even with my children in the car and take it to my own personal mechanic to be looked over! The wonderful staff even offered a great kid friendly environment along with snacks and food which I thought was amazing they had! Once I was set on the vehicle I wanted Jonathan connected me with a great finance team that between both of them ultimately helped me get the car I’ve been looking for! Jonathan and his team rock and I can’t be more appreciative! I recommend them highly for anyone searching for a wonderful used car with great prices! Good prices and very nice people to deal with.

I bought a 2004 Infinity G35 from them 3rd week in July. I live in Richmond VA, the very next day the car wouldn't start. I tried checking the battery, fuses, battery terminal, all the minor things I could think of. The mechanic told me the problem was related to chip being shorted out near the battery due to water damage. The repair cost me $1200. He also told me there was an exhaust leak, which cost another $350 to repair. I got the car out of the shop drove it around at night and noticed the passenger side low beam flicker out. The CD player didn't work, and the car was making a lot of annoying squeaking sounds I couldn't hear when I first test drove the car because the exhaust was loud at the time. Fast forward to today, I suddenly hear a loud knocking sound coming from the driver's side front wheel getting louder and louder while I was driving. I took it to the shop, the mechanic said there were a lot of problems with both sides and parts alone would be $2500! The thing that stands out was the car dealer said they don't sell junk! I highly recommend avoiding this dealership at all cost!
