This was a great experience! Everyone was so nice and my car was fixed in record time. I was very comfortable in the waiting area also. I am very happy and love my Ford Escape. I am definitely going to return for future repairs.
I purchased a vehicle in April of 2020 and the team was wonderful and I enjoyed working with them. However, since the people have changed with a new gm I believe, the customer service has not been great. It has taken over 2 hours to get oil changes that were scheduled done. I do not get call backs when asked to leave a name and number because people are busy.
These guys are great from the financial managers to the salesmen. They were able to help us navigate a unique situation as smooth as possible. Jerry was extremely nice to work with and we would specifically recommend buying a vehicle with his assistance.
The service department did well fixing the brakes and tire leak. They also took our Explorer in early when we had a bunch of lights showing up on the dash around traction control. And then they finished the F150 in early too! The star was Laurie Torri though - she was outstanding with her coordination and making things happen! Thank you Laurie!
I had the pleasure of working with Robbie Dupree today. He was awesome! He paid close attention to my wants, made recommendations, and got me into the perfect vehicle!
