Outstanding team! We worked with Andrew and he has gone above and beyond to get us into our new truck. The truck was a unicorn to find in these times but Andrew and the sales team worked fast and efficient. He was straight forward and got us the best deal out there. We had our new truck delivered to us in less then 24 hours. Greg delivered the truck he is very kind hearted and helpful. Our finance person Dan was very helpful he answered all and any questions we had and was very thorough. We will be forever customers and will recommend family and friends.

Wonderful car buying experience, low pressure and was shown exactly what I wanted, did not try to up-sell. Get my service there as well and it’s above average. Wish I could do 4.5 stars. Everyone is very nice though it’s always taken longer than what they estimate. Make sure that what you want done is offered at that time. (Had a very early oil change apt & tire rotation/balance/alignment but the person who does the second service was not in at the time I scheduled oil change and so was unable to wait an additional hour for tires. They made it right, though.) Had an apt for multiple services, one of which was a leak in my tire. Gave me back the vehicle saying tires were fine. Stressed they were not fine, it did have a leak. They quickly looked again and found the leak. Small issues but overall satisfied w their remedies. Comfortable waiting room and staff always pleasant.

My Sales Specialist Grant was awesome! Came looking for specifics, and Grant quickly addressed my needs and concerns. My salesman Grand made my car buying process quick, painless and simple. Knowledgeable Salesman and upfront pricing. I’ll recommend Grant and Hiester Chevrolet to everyone I know.

My experience at John Hester Chevrolet was outstanding. I thought that my salesperson was fabulous. He took the time to tell me in detail everything that was going to happen and things that wasn't going to happen.He walked me through step by step details of downloading the my Chevrolet.com app. I love the experience so much that I've decided to tell all my family members about my experience.Hope to see you guys soon it was wonderful

We have purchased two cars from John Hiester. Both times we were out within 2 hours. We were not hassled at all. On both occasions we got the price we were looking for. The staff was kind and easy to work with. The finance guy was the fastest and most efficient we have ever seen. We were out of his office within 15 minutes. We never felt pressured at any point.nnThe used Honda Pilot we bought was a much needed upgrade and at a price that was fair to the dealership and to us.
