I LOVED frequently visiting this store until I visited around 7 pm one evening with my children during the COVID outbreak (I am scared to bring them inside whenever I notice unmasked individuals) I requested to purchase a pack of cigarettes for my mother and was declined after providing both my photo ID and North Carolina State provided renewal email that serves as identification during the renewal process. I requested to speak to the manager and was told the gentleman was the assistant manager and refused to reach out to a supervisor that could better explain the North Carolina identification laws for tobacco purchases. I will NOT be revisiting this store nor do I recommend others visit until the customer service is brought back to the traditional Sheetz expectations that we all enjoy. There are 2 other local stores that unfortunately do not offer a drive through option and I refuse to be forced to expose my children to COVID.

Served me mozzarella sticks that looked like they had been sitting in a fry basket for 4 hours and redropped not the first time it’s happened and also ordered a pretzel with no salt and you guessed it salt on there idk who runs this kitchen on Friday nights but they should be fired

This is a good and reliable place to get gas at. There really isn’t much else to say so... I would come again.
