I love this bank! The staff has always been so friendly and helpful. Today Mrs. Debra went above and beyond with helping me. I plan to move all of my other bank accounts over to this branch.
I could not be happier to move my business accounts to Fidelity Bank Sunset Plaza. Charlotte Truelove and Renee Hayes were phenomenal. They both took the time to reach out to me to help me during this crazy time right now. They were amazing.

In response to the above review regarding looking for change from a bank where you do not have an account.and helping the community etc. .........nI also work retail and I have a bank about 100 feet from my establishment and they will not give me change as I do not have an account and that is their policy. I truly accept that and understand that is bank policy. I do not cry like the above wimp and look for rules to be broken that are set up by a business.This bank has been nothing but exceptional in the years that I have banked and the customer service is above extraordinary . The tellers and managers that are in place now are fantastic !! There is one woman there from NY , I believe who very nice also and always wears a smile. Tell the wimp to get change at his own bank !
Love to do business here. Helpful, friendly staff who are respectful and courteous every time I am in! Glad to be partnering with Fidelity for our PTA!
