I have recently set up a revocable living trust with Jeff. He and his staff were very professional and friendly. The process was very structured and organized and they explained everything in a way for you to understand. They provided ample materials for learning about trusts and answered any and all questions. I highly recommend Jeff Marsocci to help you with your estate planning needs.

Jeff and his staff assisted us in setting up family trusts as well as an LLC. They are thorough, professional, patient and Jeff takes time to explain everything in an easy to understand way throughout the entire process.

Really appreciate the thoroughness of Jeff's estate planning process. He clearly knows what he is doing and has a very detailed step by step process to walk you through everything. He asks a lot of questions to make sure no small detail is missed. His office staff is very good at following up, sending appointment reminders, and making sure you complete all of the necessary meetings to make sure your estate plan is complete. Yes this process takes some time and a little work, but it is worth the piece of mind knowing our family is taken care of. Highly recommend.

I've been working with Jeff to put a family trust in place. Jeff made the process understandable and was very patient as we went thru each step. Braking the tasks down into individual components, as Jeff did, made the whole process manageable and also gave me time to think about what decisions I needed to make. It has been a pleasure working thru this aspect of my estate planning.

I've been working with Jeff and his team for almost two years. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been pleased that whomever answers the phone at the office can efficiently help you with a question or resolve a problem for you. Dad thought he had things in order for mom when he passed away, but they were not. I often wish my dad had heard about Jeff's services before he passed away, things would have gone so much smoother for mom and the family. I don't know if it is appropriate here but I feel I have to mention Jeff's referral to David Cole, the VA benefits man. Everything I said about Jeff's firm above, equally applies to David. Thanks everyone for your expertise in Medicaid and VA matters.
