I have been working with Pete for at least 15 years. And every closing was on time, well prepared, done with humor and light (so needed when people are stressed). He is easy to work with, so flexible on the schedule (once we even closed during one of the Holidays in the foyer as the whole building was locked up!) My clients love working with Pete's office and always go back to him, no matter if they buy, build new or refinance!

Our firm is a Statewide Independent Title Company and I Serve in the capacity as a Manager and Counsel for the same. I have personally known Pete Coleman for approximately 15 years and have partnered with his firm on real estate transactions during that time. Pete and Amanda in his office have always shown the highest degree of competency, professionalism and courtesy when working with me personally, our team members, and the lenders and other necessary third parties during the real estate closing process.

Completely unprofessional during our closing. I felt like I was attending a child's birthday party. On top of that I think the lawyer was hungover because he was rude as hell for no reason.
