I’ve been seeing Katy Baugh for all things hair for almost seven years.nnWe met when I first moved to North Carolina, and I haven’t let my hair be touched by anyone else. She’s been through it all with me - when I accidentally burned a large chunk of my hair off with a curling iron, she had a treatment up her sleeve to make it look as normal as possible. As I’ve started to add more grey hairs, she’s been so helpful to make this an exciting new phase for my hair - not something to fret.nnAt Salon Lofts, she’s been able to customize her pricing so you pay for what you need - not what a salon wants to sell you. Even with color - there are versatile options to match your need and price point.nnBut really, when we all go to the salon, we want a break from life and all it’s stresses. Katy is so calm, helpful, kind, and talented - you can’t help but relax! She’s also become a friend to me - through marriage and babies and all the ups and downs, she’s been there with me helping me process it all.nnMy sister has also traveled several states to have her hair done by Katy around important milestones. On more than one occasion, Katy has fixed a terrible color job or a bad haircut. I can not recommend anyone in my life more strongly! Thank you, Katy!

Katy at Loft 19 in Salon Lofts is hands (and hair) down the best hair stylist ever! She’s been my stylist for several years (I’ve lost track of how many now!). She listens to what you want done & also adds helpful recommendations. Highly recommended!

I just visited Jessica Berrios in loft 21 for the first time yesterday after finding her on IG. She toned and cut my hair beautifully and understood exactly what I wanted. She made my day and made me feel beautiful! I can't wait to visit her again soon and her IG is @Jessicab_beautyup
