Arrow - Colonnade

Finally, a place in North Raleigh to get a nice haircut. Great value, and the people really take their time to ask what you want and help you out. It’s always clean, never too crowded. Easy 5 star review.nnEdit: we’ve taken our 3 year old son here several times and they do a great job with kids too!

They do not know how to cut curly hair or sideburns. I went in to get my Afro trimmed and it was absolute garbage when I walked out the door. My hair is completely uneven and terrible. One of my sideburns is longer than the other and I look like a complete dufensmurk. Please never come here. It seems like a much better place than sports clips / great clips because they offer shaves but it is not. Go to sports clips instead.

This review is more about Daniel as a barber than Arrow - Daniel is the best barber in Raleigh, hands down.nnI moved here from Boston 2.5 years ago and for the first year struggled to find a barber (tried probably 6 or 7 places) that gave a quality cut but wasn’t insanely priced. I was recommended to him by a friend and I haven’t looked back.nnFor the last year and a half I have been going to Daniel exclusively at another Arrow location. He is extremely methodical in his approach, listens to you what you want, is very personable, and hold himself to and extremely high standard. You cannot go wrong getting your haircut from him and I cannot recommend him enough!

Kat was really great. She was prepared, very skilled and professional. So glad to have her as my new stylist. She cut my hair in a short stacked bob. It looks great.

I used to go to the ridgewood location, but Andrew moved to this one, so I started going here. He always does a phenomenal job and I've never had an issue with any of my haicuts. If you ever want something cut shorter etc in the middle of the cut just let him know and he always does everything willingfully. Store is brand new and everything is very clean and sanitary. For reference, I am an 18 year old male. I get a buzz on the sides and have curly hair. I recommend Andrew highly if you decide to go here.
