The head pharmacist told me he could make me wait an hour or more for my prescription that mistakenly was not filled - despite being the only customer in the store. They obviously do not care at all about customer service or basic kindness.
It took 3.5 days to get COVID-19 test results. They optimistically warn you that it might take two or three days. Pitiful. The people are nice and helpful at the store, but I would try to find somewhere faster.
Pharmacies should be leading on touchless payment, but CVS still lacks this for drive-through customers. This motivates me to switch to a by-mail pharmacy.
Stopped by for Covid testing and arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. We were asked to pull around for another couple behind us. Waited an additional 36 minutes PAST our appointment and they were still there.nnIncompetent staff couldn't administer a simple 4 minute test in less than 36 minutes. FAIL.nnSTOP TAKING FEDERAL MONEY IF YOU CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT.
Pay attention to pharmacy prices. If you think your medication price is higher than it should be it probably is. If they tell you a coupon / GoodRx will not work double check it. There is one lady there that will lie to you for whatever reason. I left this pharmacy a long time ago. They recently tried charging my parents over $200 for a medication that with a GoodRx coupon only cost $80. She even told them that coupon would not work. I went back up there and had them fix it. Even other items throughout the store are overpriced when compared to Target and grocery stores.
