Aaron was very upfront and informative about the services that my truck needed. I also appreciated his flexibility when I requested to drop off before I had originally told him and he made sure that there was a loaner vehicle for me. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of the malodorous Honda that I was leant. Luckily, the service at Meineke is fast and I didn't need it long. I hope I don't need any more work done any time soon but if I do, I'll go back. Thank you, Aaron.
This was one of the fastest, most professional experience I’ve had getting my car serviced. I traditionally have all service performed at the dealership but I thought I would give Meineke a try. Best decision ever! These guys really took care of me and I am completely satisfied. I will be back with my other vehicles.
I love this location. The staff is friendly and informative. I’ve been here twice, (both times for basic maintenance). They seem to truly care about their customers, and I will continue giving this location my business. Highly recommend!
I took my car to Meineke for an inspection- very courteous and quick service. Highly recommended.
I came in 20 minutes before closing with a very low tire that wouldn’t hold air. Danny, the technician, and Aaron, the manager - gentlemen both - happily investigated the problem despite the fact that they had stopped accepting new business a few minutes before I pulled in. They weren’t able to locate a leak or other reason for the problem, so they inflated the tire, told me what my options were should the tire go down again, and didn’t charge me a penny for keeping them late. THIS is what terrific customer service looks like. Thanks, guys!
