Went for car inspection. After 35 min. someone took me to the back to show me that one of my tires was not aligned properly ( not an inspection criteria). I demanded my car be inspected quickly which they hadn't even started. 15 min. later my car was ready. I will never go there again! They were hoping I'd tell them to fix the alignment, which of course I didn't. Please don't go there.

I went in to have tires rotated and ALFONSO was so helpful. He checked everything, explained the mechanics of everything and said he would just check my tire pressure today. I appreciate his honesty and help. Thank you!

This NTB is wonderful! Scott was very kind and helpful from the start of my experience through the end. I called the day before because I was having some trouble with my car and he told me he would order the parts and I could bring it in the next day. He had to take the car apart a bit to figure out exactly what he would need to fix it and when he did the estimate for the repair was more than I could afford right now. He offered me a discount, but it was still a bit too much for me. I asked him just to put the car back together and told him I would pay for his labor. He put my car back the way it was but refused my offer of payment. I am so appreciative and when I save up enough to have this repair done I will definitely be doing it here! All of the other staff members I spoke with were very friendly as well. Thank you NTB!

The Manager, Scott Bergenbush, personally picked up the tires I needed on his way into work and fit me into the schedule on a moments notice. He provided me an accurate quote that was very price competitive, had my car in the bay quickly, and they had me out of the store with 4 new tires, a new headlight, and a state inspection in less than an hour. Service matters. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs auto service.

Schedule an appointment for 1:30 pm. Took 3 hours to put on 4 new tires...(that where pre-ordered) They should tell their customers how long the service will take, so that we can make other arrangements. I spent my whole Saturday day afternoon waiting for them to change 4 tires
