This is the best mechanic shop in RDU and they are always honest about the service and provide very fair pricing. I took my car in for a repair and I assumed I knew what the issue was, but since they are the experts they actually found out what the issue was and fixed it. Job well done and I have wasted hundreds of dollars at other mechanic shops, but this place is the best by far. Excellent customer service as well, and they also have a good environment if you ever have to do remote work in their shop. I am definitely referring them to all of my friends and pray for continued success for this location.

Brought my car in for an emission test and after it took longer than they felt was reasonable they offered the service at no charge. They did not need to do that and I said so. They were polite, professional and amazing. My wife and others that work at Cypress of Raleigh all say this is their go to place and I believe it. Amazing customer service

Always a pleasure to do business with. Super friendly staff and always excellent work. Best value pricing anywhere. Other oil change places try to trick you into spending on unnecessary stuff. Never at Precision Tune.

My household has been taking our vehicles to Precision Tune at Baileywick for a few years now. Josh and the team are a top-notch shop. From routine maintenance to small (and sometimes large) repairs, the team takes each opportunity to talk about what they did to ensure optimal care for our vehicles.nnFrom experience, the team has spent time talking me through the process a car cycles through when the Check Engine light is reset or showing me the parts they replaced in my car to explain to me what happened.nnThis past summer my starter decided to give up about 45 minutes from my house and an hour from Precision. Sure, there were other shops closer, but I had the car towed to Josh and the team because I trust them to make the right decision for my vehicle.nnI highly recommend this team.

I am grateful Josh and the Precision team. My check engine light has been off and on for months without resolution, even after several repairs. The team repaired the parts multiple times and did their due diligence to find the route of the problem. This was the last thing I needed in 2020. I am thankful for their time and hard work.
