Paid for black olives and extra sauce. Did not receive either. Received text message that our pizza was out for delivery at 5:41. It actually arrived at 6:26. Called the location and some lady said she didn't see an order for my address. I gave her the order number again, then she said that the cold, soggy expensive pizza should be there shortly. Never giving them another chance. It was pitiful!
Tina...the manager is as unprofessional and disgusting as they come. Pizza Hut will hire anybody! If I could give her a negative zero, I would! Quite pathetic when you can't manage your emotions while being confronted by an order YOU got incorrect! This management team belongs behind a barnyard and a circus. Working we people should be the last thing Tina is allowed to do!
Our order is always perfect and hot every single time! The staff is friendly as well. We live closer to the one in Waxhaw but will drive a little further just to get the service from this store.
Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut! Quality is consistent in this location, and they have earned our business time and time again. Location is also good for me to pickup after a day at work.
Just ok pizza was under cooked.
