The woman cutting the hair immediately cut my brother's side with a 1, practically bald, WITHOUT asking what he wants. When asked why she said she 'thought' that's what he wanted. Who in their right mind assumes what someone wants for a haircut instead ASKING. NEVER coming here again. WORST HAIRCUT EXPERIENCE EVER!
