As someone who has never worked out, never had an interest, always said I wasn’t good enough for it... I was invited by one of my friends to attend a class at Barre for Life in Waxhaw. I was so nervous at first. I was anxious because I’ve never attended a workout class before. But I absolutely loved every minute of it.nnI’ve had sessions with three trainers so far: Rosanna, Sarah, and Hannah. All three of them are so lovely, encouraging and respectful! They made each class so unique and fun. I have done 6 classes so far and just bought a monthly membership. I am a member for life! ud83dude0annThey also offer barre classes online for people who aren’t ready for in person classes/ think they may need to quarantine. I’ve taken two of those classes already with Rosanna leading the way.nnNot very surprised by this, but she is so awesome she made both classes super interactive, fun, and I still broke a sweat just like I would if I was in the studio!nnI 100% recommend Barre for Life in Waxhaw for any age or athletic capability. It is such a warm, comfortable environment and they take sanitation, mask wearing, and social distancing seriously to keep clients and trainers safe.
I highly recommend Barre for Life for any fitness level. The instructors are encouraging, and cheer us on as we burn our muscles and work up a sweat! They offer modifications for different needs, and it is a fantastic workout. The atmosphere is supportive and engaging, as both the instructors and others in the class are welcoming and friendly. I leave each class smiling, though it’s hidden behind my mask :)
First timer when it comes to this type of workout. It was AMAZING!nAll instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and it is a really good workout.
