Superb workmanship and very affordable prices on what he specializes in. Very dependable.
Stay away...nOld man keeps forgetting what he promised ...nInitially he will agree to do all works, later he will only do comfortable and easy work out of that... His estimate appears high level including small small associated work, but that is not true, later he will say that was not in estimate and charge much higher extra money for that...
Quality of work not good... And charges very high
