I have given this shop decent reviews in the past. No more! 9:30 appointment for a simple oil change. It’s 10:30, car untouched, and I’m walking out and will not return. If you value your car, your time, or both, stay away. Last month I purchased a new set of tires. Had to get them balanced again after the install , and rotated because the put my directional tires on backwards. I’ve spent several hours in the last month waiting for these guys to do simple tasks. I’m done.

Went here to get my oil changed, which I have done many times in the past. They send out cards with discounts and advertise a $20. Discount on synthetic oil changes. For some reason computer was not adjusting for discount and was only reducing $10.00nIt took a few minutes of complaining about the price being different than advertised and quoted.nThey manually inserted the $20. Discount as advertised.nI don't really like to play games with prices and would prefer they simply sell the oil change at advertised discount price.nService is good.

I do not live anywhere near Waxhaw but went today to visit a couple of shops. On my way, my wheel started making a horrible noise. A few locals directed me to the NTB, and I asked if it would be safe to drive about 45 minutes home or if I need to call AAA for what would probably be a pricey tow. The tech looked at my car immediately, and a few minutes later he found the culprit (a rock wedged in between the discs). I was not charged and was in and out super quickly. If they can provide this kind of customer service to someone passing through, I can only imagine they would be fantastic to those who live nearby and could become regular customers.

Just got off the phone with Connor - In November, I had my brakes replaced, oil changed, and 2 tires replaced. After a hefty bill around $700, my car started to quiver when I applied the brakes (the original reason i brought it in) about a week ago. Connor was very helpful over the phone and reminded me of the warranty attached to my new brakes. I’ll write another review after service is completed on Monday 1/11 :)

This store has done well for me. I use them for oil changes and tires only.nThey've owned up to and resolved issues they've created, and generally done good work at a reasonable rate.
