Friendly staff, very accommodating. If they can’t diagnose your issue nobody can. They explain everything clearly. It is a breath of fresh air to have an automotive center that you can trust not to mention the new woman who works up front is an absolute angel from heaven!
I've used Henn's automotive services for the past 20 years for all of my vehicles. Great service at a reasonable price and they don't recommend services that you don't need. Solid team of professionals from the office staff to the mechanics. Mike Henn is accessible if you need to speak to him as well.
Mike is an absolute gentleman. Brought my work dump trailer here for a few issues. They were able to diagnose several issues better than my previous trailer mechanic. Henn automotive is a gem to Waxhaw. I’ll be returning for sure with any future issues! Thanks Mike!
