I have been coming to this particular branch for almost 15 years and each change brings some new people but all are friendly and helpful.nnThe current staff members at AWESOME especially Ameera who always goes out of her way to help me if I have odd ball things to do with credit cards, loans or payoff things to do.nnBest group ever!!!
I have been coming for years and they have helped us with personal and business banking as well as prior mortgages and loans for home improvement. The personal service is top notch and they always ask about my older mom.
Slowest suntrust ever. No lines, still expect 10 minutes or more just to deposit cash into your account through there drive thru.
Stellar customer service. Walked in to open an account and someone was with the only cs rep. The teller quietly approached her to get us a time estimate on how long we would be waiting.
Drive thru opens at 10 AM, not 9 AMnFriendly staff.
