I'm surprised to read some of these reviews. I've had nothing but good experiences at this WF branch. Courteous & professional and have spent extra time with me when needed!
Even though this branch is closer to me, I still go to the branch on Providence where the staff are more helpful and more friendly.
The Branch Manager does not care even a little if he keeps or loses customers. We went to open a business account after 15 years of personal banking. I asked for either a line of credit or an equipment loan to buy our first vehicle. We were able to write a check out of our account for this but decided to finance it so that our new business could establish some credit. The banker was very nice BUT kept offering packages that we were not eligible for based on it being a new business. He should have known this as the “expert.” My wife called and the manager called back saying all these excuses and that we were welcome to go somewhere else and try. Holy Cow! (to be clear...we are a platinum member with a large balance, home loan, 800+ credit scores etc, not a delinquent member)nnAfter twenty days with no end in site we took him up on his arrogant, rude offer and went to another Wells Fargo down the road. The banker there was amazing got our funding in FOUR HOURS!!! I am not exaggerating...four hours approved with the funds vs twenty days. As a multi business owner myself, I can guarantee there will be personal turnover at this location sooner than later and for the better.
Terrible bank with terrible business practices. They want the appearance of being friends with you but only want your money and will do anything they can to get the most out of you as they can. I have a mortgage with them and have had nothing but bad experiences with them. Will never buy one of their products or give them a penny of my money.
I withdrew money and Rebecca Light helped. She gave the most disrespectful service and said that it was the way she always worked. Her attitude was terrible. I have been with this branch for over 15 years and this is the first time someone from Wells Fargo had ruined my morning.. thank you for hiring such a Wonderful person WF...
