When my power awning motor died the awning was in the out position. I travel as a healthcare provider and was due to leave the area in a week. Being unable to find a replacement, Tar Heel Mobile Rv brought out a used motor so if nothing else we could get it to retract. The repair was very reasonable and the guys who came out Kevin and (Sorry to the other gentleman ) I missed his name where very professional and got the work done quickly. If not for them I might have been stuck with an extended awning.
