Service isn't the friendliest or best at this McDonald's.

Usually have no problems from here in the afternoon but in the mornings you can sit in an empty line for 10 minutes and no one will take your order. One girl even stood outside on her phone and seen me sitting there but still didnt take my order after going in even when 3 other cars pulled up. The only person that helps most the time i assume is the manager.

Pilot mtn nc location is the BEST. The food is always fresh and the coffee is always fresh no matter what time you get it. At Mt airy locations if it's not morning you cannot get a fresh cup of coffee. Sometimes they will make it fresh but not a lot.

Excellent iced coffee, the apple fritters were nice and hot and really good, the biscuits for our fur babies were nice and hot and fresh and the staff there are reallyfriendly. A little bit pricey but it's not their fault it's just BIG Jim's way of ripping off people in WV..

15 min wait in line before order. Line was quick up until pick up window and waited for almost 20 mins and got my food and it was way wrong. Then went inside to get my order correct and heard employees complaining about customers. That haven't even came to the window yet. Just rude and disrespectful. I know lunch rush can be a lot but preping and communication will always work.
