I like it here. I always find something neat and cheap just browsing. Unfortunately my parts weren't so cheap. The prices are average compared to other auto parts retailers. I like the rewards program and the online receipts. The gentlemen working here can guide you to what you need or look up that specific part or tool. Most parts are on hand, but even shipped in stuff is only a day or 2. Check out the flashlight collection. Cheaply priced and you can't have too many. Quite a variety of what nots.
This store goes beyond for customers. My battery died at the Shell station down the street on a Friday night. I called during the 40 minute wait for a family member to come help me to ask if they had a battery for my car make and model. Andy C. told me they did and when I explained what had happened and that I would be there as soon as I could, Andy said he would see if they had someone that could come help me. I wasn't expecting anyone to come, but a few minutes later, Andy was there, jumped my battery, and when I got to Autozone, replaced the battery for me. He definitely saved my night. Robert was also extremely helpful and reassuring they would handle everything. So appreciative of these two and will definitely be back.
