Customer service here is awful! Drive thru staff is very rude, mean, and unprofessional. Always out of food items and drinks. They get orders wrong and forget sauces all the time! I won't be back and I'm contacting district manager as my boyfriend and I know her from high school. The Wendy's in Candor is excellent. Staff is cordial, friendly, professional and ask you if you need need anything else. Give plenty of napkin's and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious!!!! They could really teach the staff in Rockingham how Wendy's is suppose to be run! Kudos to you Candor Wendy's!!!

Don't know where to start I'm not complaining but if I come around lunch time I shouldn't have cold fries all my food was cold and the drinks taste like they we're sour made me and my son very sick ....I love wendy's to death first job Ive every had but I they need to focus on the job and not trying to see who in the window...I'm just sayingn#LoveYourJob!

If I could then I would give a no star. Worse Wendy’s I’ve even been to. They have never gotten anything rite or I’ve never had any hot food. I’m done with them.

Good food. Friendly staff. Got my order right the first time. That doesn't happen very often in Richmond county.
