Before My Mom Pass she wanted us to get her deed to her house updated to add my older sister on the deed. Lawyer Herndon Advice us with false information. He is my Mom Lawyer that handle her deed. He verbally told us if My Mom pass it would go to her Aires and whoever else name that was on the deed. Which was at that time my Mom and her friend so my Mom told us to add my sister Jackie although she was an Aire to Keep the confusion down so her friend would only have 1/3 of the house. Because lawyer Herndon advice Me and Jackie that if she add her name on the house it will belong to the Aires, My Mom friend and My sister Jackie if she added her name which my Mom and her friend would have to sign. Which they did which Lawyer Herndon said would be for 250$ to do this change. Now My Mom pass a week ago 10/16/20 and my Mom friend is harassing my sister abt buying him out and she responds to him he only have a 1/3 of the house because this is what was advice by Lawyer Herndon. My Mom friend says no I was advice by Lawyer Herndon that it was 1/2 Him and my sister. So My sister call spoke with Lawyer Herndon about this matter and he clearly lied and act as if he said something different than what he told me and my sister talking about he told us 1/2 not a 1/3 Now My Mom have not been bury a 2 days and my Mom friend have been harassing about this house. Lawyer Herndon comes in this situation by giving out false information so if you have to do business with him please record everything he say because he is a Liar ud83eudd25 and not a Good Man of his word.
