I would leave one star if I could. I order from this restaurant pretty regularly, either in store or through doordash. Here recently the food has taken a lot longer to get and the quality has gone way down. Dry burgers, burnt cheesesteaks and unsalted fries. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
Walked in and no one acknowledged us. Then sat and waited for 10-15 minutes before anyone came to our table. When the order came one of the sides part was done wrong. Everyone was about finished when the waitress came back and asked had the fries came back out. Was disappointed in the service and should have walked back out after waiting 10 minutes to be acknowledgednnHave eaten here before and service was good but today I felt like we were in the wrong part of town after sitting for 5 mins with my wife and daughter.
Been here a few times now and the quality of food and service is deteriorating. Recently went in asking for cheesesteak and extra steak. appears to me as they put less than normal on it.
The young people here at the Front gate store are so very nice we ordered there alot only thing is yesterday my order was not correct and I have never seen a cheesesteak that was only half full in the bun don't know who was cooking but they might need a little better training
It was Delicious! Our waitress was excellent in service.
