The food was good, but to be honest the service was very slow. There were very few tables seated and it still took 45 minutes to get steamed crab legs and shrimp. I ordered ginger ale and it was flat, it took 10 minutes to get a replacement drink of sweet tea. The onion rings were very good, but no dipping sauce? The restaurant looks really nice and clean and the staff were all very nice. The service time needs some help though.
The food was amazing. The service was very poor. The waitress had an attitude the entire time because she didn't have to work for a tip. It was added to the bill automatically because of the parties size. I will never go back. Plus my daughter's chicken wings weren't fully cooked. Customer service is everything and that's something they don't have. So I can't spend anymore money there.
My fault, I didn't realize it was Cajun cuisine and everything was too spicy for my group. Service was fair even though we drew a trainee.
First time patrons of the Juicy Crab. Very pleased with the quantity and flavoring of the food. Service started off great with our server Devon. The kitchen missed an item when our meal was brought to table. We had a hard time getting our servers attn due to him waiting on 3 other tables and singing Happy Birthday (6) times to other guests. Got charged extra for cheese cake when the meal included cheese cake. Aside from that, the environment and food was spot on. Highly recommended!
Such a wonderful and pleasant experience every time I go. The staff are always pleasant and the food is always excellent. It's a great place to go to whether you are celebrating an occasion or just want to have a meal. I love this place!!!
