Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I tried this restaurant chain for the first time today. I placed an order online, redeemed a reward I had gotten for signing up, and enjoyed the online ordering experience. The mobile site is very user friendly and simple yet informative.nnIn regards to the pickup experience at this location: I pulled into a pickup spot two minutes before my order was to be ready, and called as instructed on the sign. They told me to come in to get my order, rather than bring it out to me like they had done for another customer (I noticed this as I was ordering in a different part of the parking lot). That was fine, but I really don't like going into places unless I have to, and it seemed odd that they wouldn't bring it out. Nonetheless, I masked up and went in; they handed me my order as soon as I walked up to the pickup spot, and wished me a good day.nnNow, for the food: I snuck a few fries as I waited at a stoplight; they were pleasantly hot! I'm quite picky when it comes to fries, but these were so delicious. I'm glad I ordered a basket of them! I tried the regular Signature Sandwich I got (I also ordered the spicy version) when I got home, and sadly, I was not impressed. The bun and the pickles were the only things I liked; the chicken and sauce just weren't for me. The sweet n' spicy boneless wings I ordered weren't terrible, but again, not impressed. They just didn't do it for me. The White Chocolate Macadamia cookies I got, however, did not disappoint. Soft and perfectly sweetened, just the way I love that type of cookie.nnBottom line: I will return whenever I have a need for fries and cookies... and five stars is still deserved, as everything was made well and fresh, the employees were friendly, and my order was correct. I don't hold anything against the chain nor the location, as it's not their fault I don't like their chicken or sauces, so I do recommend this restaurant overall.nnP.S.: Y'all gotta get those fries and cookies if you haven't already!

I only rated this place a 1 star because without any star you can't leave a review.So my sister and I were visiting family in the pitt county area.nWe wanted a quick bite.nLittle did I know how disappointed we would be.nSo we ordered meals and with my meal I asked for an unsweetened tea.nWhen we arrived at the window the cashier handed my drink which I thought was unsweetened tea.nWell turns out it wasn't.nI literally handed the tea back 3x.nIt's almost like they refused to give menunsweetened tea. My whole meal was ruined.nI even called back to inform management.nShe didn't seem concerned and very unapologetic.nWe won't be visiting this location the next time we are in that area.

Do you like your customer service with a attitude? Do you like cold sandwiches and fries? Well if you do this is your place! I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 fries and both where cold. The fries had to of been sitting there for a while since they were mush. At least the vanilla coke was good..

Fast friendly service, food was fresh hot and tasted amazing! It was so good o forgot to take a picture but I'm sure I'll go back soon and remember to take pictures.

Yumm!! So yeah, I'm a foodie. Zaxby's food is great tasting, right down to the coleslaw and tea. Salads are phenomenal, and usually enough for a second meal for me. The service was quick, staff friendly.
