I've cream is always good. Every now and then the blizzards are a little melty, but doesn't happen often. Good service. Can order on their app and they have different deals each day. Their onion rings and cheese curds are the best around.
Ive never had a problem until today. Food took approximately 25 minutes as i waited in my car end up having to go in and get my order Waited another 10 minutes. No one came to apologize offer me a refund or anything. Seems that they need more help or another crew. VeryFood was cold n drinks were watery by the time i got to work.
Didn't get order right. Waited almost 10 minutes for the drink and the ice cream. Machine wasn't turned on. First time there and last time there.
Food and service is very good but a little pricey compared to Cook Out.
It took 20 minutes to get our food, once we received it, it still wasn't hot or seasoned.The burgers were poorly made including the old lettuce. The milk shake was also dull and tasteless. Yuck..!!
