Our law firm placed a large order last Friday and everything was perfect! Eric is a FANTASTIC manager and went above and beyond for us! I told him what I was thinking and he rattled off eight different types of pizza we would probably want to have and he was spot on! Made it so much easier! The food was excellent (as always), correct and HOT! He provided plates, napkins, plasticware, condiments, etc., without me having to ask. They delivered the food to us personally and early! Highly, highly recommend!
Ordered the Philly cheese steak. Steak was dry and over cooked and devoid of any flavor. Need to re-evaluate there steak seasoning if there is any. Tasted like a mayonnaise, pepper and mushroom sandwich. Yuck!
This was our first time eating at Marabella so we weren't quite sure what to expect. At first, the cashier got our order wrong and missed the calzone I had ordered even though he had stated that my calzone would be ready when my husband's pizza was done. At first we were not impressed but after the staff found out the mistake they had made, they not only promptly delivered the calzone to our table free of charge, they also gave us a complimentary dish of garlic bites! That act of customer service definitely will bring us back again. The food was delicious as well! The only suggestion I would make is they need to wipe down the tables a little better once a customer leaves.
An Italian restaurant with a drive thru. I had my 1st experience here this week. The service was fast and professional. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, delicious!!
Ok...went in asked cashier for a recommendation. Ordered it n the sandwich was sooo thick ud have to cut it wigh a real knife to eat it but couldn't cut it with plastic knife. So I left it on table told cashier I couldn't eat n she just really didn't have any response so obviously I was still hungry n ordered a slice of pizza n it wasn't hot. I ended up spending about $30.00 for food that wasn't edible.
