CVS

Absolutely the WORST service in this area. The woman is very rude and slow as cold molasses. They never have my meds, it takes them 3-4 days to count out 90 pills. I just emailed my doctor to move mine back to Mabrys, they are higher, but at least they keep their stuff in stock! See ya CVS!!!

Wait time for prescriptions is awlful!! One employee working the register and window...its apparent that the pharmacy emoyees are highly stressed!!

This cvs seems to be understaffed!!!! No one ever answers the phone I’ve called four times and still no answer !!! I know y’all aren’t this busy !!!!!

The pharmacy has the worst pharmacist ever. She was super rude and they were all very unprofessional. There was only about 2 nice professional women in there.

I have recently went to the Rockingham CVS, and I wanted to share this because I didn't know how else to thank the pharmacy manager for her kindness... So Amanda McNeill. With out Amanda I would have never been able to afford my prescriptions. I was just going to get one and see if I could come back for the other two RX because I just couldn't afford to get all of them.. She managed to work it out for me to get all 3 of my prescriptions and the next day I was feeling at better because I was able to the the prescriptions.nI will tell you that I have done business at another pharmacy for many years and it was only by mistake the RX was sent to CVS in Rockingham that day. The past experience at the other pharmacy they would have just put the prescription back on the self in hopes that I would come back for it and if not back on the shelf it would have gone.nBut Amanda McNeill at CVS in Rockingham went above and beyond her call of duty to help me and for that I will be forever grateful.nAmanda McNeill thank you from the bottom of my heart. What you did made such an impact on me. I called my husband crying when I left CVS that night because I wanted to do something for you to show how much I appreciated you kindness. But I hope that your boss sees this post and compensates you in some way.. but even if not always know that you have made a great impact on someone's life and I will be doing business with CVS in Rockingham from now on...nnThank younLeigh Smith
