Terrible and very unprofessional company. Try to avoid at ALL cost. There are other tow companies and diesel mechanics in the area. These people are awful! With NO customer service skills! Was yelled at and threatened for asking for a simple invoice after road services. Before I would be giving out my credit card info over the phone. Was then threatened to be charged $150 per hour that went by if not paid. Truck and driver detained and threatened to be impounded for not paying. All I asked for was a simple invoice showing what I was being charged for and a total. Advertised as 24 service. Called at 6am. Told nobody is in till 9am. Service truck finally showed up at 11am. In all my truck was down 7 hours waiting on this company advertising 24hr road service for a simple extraction. And they want to bill me $275 per hour for their time!! Still have received NO invoice or receipt!! After multiple phone calls and requests. But they had no problem at all running my credit card!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU USE THEM! BE WARNED!!

By reading the reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect. But, I do know that 2000 for a radiator or 600 for a tow is less than what I’ve seen it in Texas. They got me in , did the repairs and helped me out with my delivery. The charges were surprisingly cheaper than I was expecting. Relaxed in a very nice hotel next door for a couple days. If I’m in the area again and need some work. I would go back. If you can’t pay the price to be a O/O you may need to reconsider. Very good, respectable and reasonable ppl to do Business. Thanks for getting me out of a pickle.

Failed to return calls and intentionally gave misleading information that they were going to provide services with the intent of not being available at the stated time.

Never showed up for a service call - now wont answer any of their phone numbers !!!!!!!!!!!!!nTheir technician finally showed up but was over an hour late.
